Billy Sullivan hails from as Vegas, Nevada and is a NAIA National Championships qualifier for Oklahoma City University. In early summer of 2021, Sullivan entered the transfer portal. Also in 2021, he won the UWW Junior Greco-Roman Nationals and earned the 55 kg spot on the US Junior World Team.
