Crook comes into the rankings after wrestling 149 for the first have of the year. Crook took third at Midlands with wins over Danny Pucino and Jordan Hamdan before defeating Josh Edmond in Missouri's dual meet win over Virginia Tech.
Clay Carlson drops 15 spots after losing consecutive matches to Vance Vombaur and Zeke Seltzer at the Soldier Salute.
Danny Fongaro comes back into the rankings at #27 after winning the Southern Scuffle highlighted by a win over Jason Miranda in the finals.
