Abdula Kurbanov is back on top. He won Russian Nationals in 2023 and was their World Team rep, but fell to #2 after going 0-1 at Yarygin while Zelimkhan Khizriev won it. Zelimkhan wasn't able to make it to the final against Kurbanov this weekend as he fell to Shamil Musaev in the semis before Musaev lost to Kurbanov.
