174 - Keegan O'Toole

Lenny Pinto comes into the rankings at #6 after it was announced he'll be wrestling 174 pounds after competing at 184 pounds last season. Though Pinto didn't All-American, he had quality wins over All-Americans Dustin Plott, Bennett Berge, Bernie Truax, and David Key.
