Anthony Noto comes into the rankings at #14 after being ranked #2 at 125. Noto takes a hit due to his loss to the formerly unranked Ethan Berginc. Noto's credentials as a two-time All-American keep him from dropping too far and bring Berginc into the rankings at #23.
