Ed Scott drops from #8 to #16 after his losses last weekend to Jude Swisher and Jimmy Harrington. Though those losses were significant, Scott's wins last season over Michael Blockhus, Bryce Andonian, Rafael Hipolito, Paddy Gallagher, Ryder Downey, and several other ranked wrestlers were more than enough to keep him from dropping further.
