Dean Peterson drops 4 spots in the rankings after losing to formerly unranked Robbie Sagaris. However, Peterson has past wins over Brendan McCrone, Michael DeAugustino, Patrick McKee, Eddie Ventresca, and Matt Ramos to keep him from dropping further. Sagaris enters the rankings at #32 but is kept from rising higher due to his loss this year to Ethan Rivera.
