Josh Barr is the big mover this week and jumps to #6 after defeating two-time All-American Michael Beard in Penn State's dual meet win over Lehigh. Barr, just a freshman, is still undefeated in his college career and moves to 5-0 on the year after accumulating a 15-0 record during his redshirt year last season.

Wyatt Voelker jumps up to #14 after defeating Zach Glazier and Christian Carroll to finish 7th at the CKLV. Glazier drops to #16 for his losses to Voelker and Evan Bates. Though that loss was significant, Glazier has wins on his ledger over Wyatt Voelker, Luke Geog, Jaxon Smith, Luke Surber, Evan Bates, Silas Allred, and several other ranked wins. Those results are enough to keep Glazier from dropping further. 

Though Bates finished runner-up, his only ranked win was against Zach Glazier. Bates suffered notable losses last year to JT Davis, Zach Glazier, John Poznanski, and Luke Stout. Those losses keep Bates from climbing higher in the rankings for now.
