Tommy Askey suffered a surprising upset loss to Jared Hill and drops five spots to #11 in the rankings. Despite the loss, Askey has been as solid as they come at 157 pounds over the last two years and his wins over Brayton Lee and Cody Chittum at last year's NCAA Tournament keep him from dropping further.

Jared Hill rises eight spots to #16 after his win over Askey. This was by far Hill's highest-ranked win of his career and several losses from last season keep him from moving higher in the rankings.

Jude Swisher placed third at Midlands splitting matches with Lehigh's Logan Rozynski. Swisher drops a few spots in the rankings for the loss but holds at #18 for his wins this season over Johnny Lovett and Ed Scott.
