#7 Javrail Shapiev will compete in the Olympics in one month and is bringing momentum with him. Shapiev won the Ali Aliev and took out #8 Magomedsharif Biiakaev and #9 Vladisalv Valiev on his way to gold. Musalaliev drops out of the rankings after losing first round to #20 Amanula Rasulov. 

At the Yasar Dogu, #19 Amir Firauzpour took home gold and defeated 2018 World Silver medalist, Fatih Erdin in the semi-finals by tech fall, 14-4. 

It’s also worth noting that Bo Nickal has been removed from the rankings. He recently announced in an interview that he is not planning on competing in wrestling this year or at the 2021 World team Trials.
