Team Tournament Ranking

Tournament rankings are produced by taking the individual rankings and assuming they equate to NCAA Championship placement and estimating the advancement and placement points (but ignoring potential bonus point scores). 

The rankings are not a prediction, but a snapshot of how the teams would do if everyone finished the NCAA Championship Tournament at the same place as where they are currently ranked. As such, it is merely an entertaining exercise, and not results that anyone expects to happen.
