A win over King Jordan Burroughs at 74 kg gets you the top spot. David Taylor didn't jump up to #1 because Jordan came up to meet Taylor at 86 kg, but the fact that Taylor did win combined with Jordan's loss to Chamizo means David goes to #3 and Jordan to #4.

Mason Parris falls drastically after his loss to Kerkvliet and a handful of new faces emerge after impressive Olympic Trials and the build-up to Trials: Jordan Oliver, Joey McKenna, Vito Arujau, Nick Lee, and Gabe Dean.

Also, the same as at the 74 kg ranking, Isaiah Martinez comes out for over a year of inactivity.
