Two-time PIAA runner-up Rocco Welsh has been dominant all season long and looks poised to win his first state championship this weekend. Jack Lledo comes out of the rankings at this weight class after dropping down to 160 pounds a few weeks ago, which moves Waylon Wehler up to #7 at 172 pounds after defeating Mark McGonigal for both the D9 and Northwest Regional titles. McGonigal enters the rankings at #10.
