2021-2022 NCAA D1 Dual Rankings
Team Dual Rankings
Some big upsets over the past week influenced this set of rankings. First, South Dakota State took out Missouri on Saturday, 21-12. The Jackrabbits would have made a major jump in the rankings but dropped a close, 21-17 dual to Central Michigan on Sunday. Because of those two results, Central Michigan and South Dakota State move into the last two spots in the top 25. Although Missouri did drop their dual to SDSU, a previous win over Lehigh keeps them from moving too far down in the rankings.
After two “rough” weeks in a row, Nebraska got back on track with wins over Wisconsin (22-12) and Northwestern (23-12). Because of that performance, the Cornhuskers move up to #12, dropping Wisconsin to #13. The Badgers don’t fall further based on their previous win over Minnesota.
The final noteworthy result from this set of rankings came from East Lansing with the Michigan State Spartan’s upsetting Rutgers, 20-17. Because of the loss, Rutgers drops a few spots down to #19.
There will likely be a number of changes next week with a number of ranked dual matches on tap - highlighted by #1 Iowa vs #2 Penn State on Friday Night!
