This weight has seen a mass exodus, perhaps due to Colby Crouch’s presence. The defending state champion will be a very strong favorite to repeat but does have some talented young competitors remaining in the bracket as well as returning state placer Bateman.

Tournament results: Baker won Eastern IL, did not compete at regional.

Notable Regional results and finishes: Crouch (1), Conway (1), Rasif (1), Bateman (1), Medlin (1),  Nadig (1) and Young (2).
