It's hard to overstate how much exciting college wrestling took place this past weekend. All seven conferences held their championships over the last few days and determined the majority of the qualifiers for the 2024 NCAA Championships that will take place in less than two weeks in Kansas City, Missouri.

The Hilton Coliseum will be rocking on Sunday afternoon as the #4 Iowa State Cyclones host the #11 Missouri Tigers in a massive matchup on the final day of the regular season.

All the upsets based on the latest rankings from the 14th week of the 2023-24 NCAA D1 college wrestling season. Al the usual caveats apply. Some results that look like upsets now won't look like upsets at a later date.

Another tumultuous week of NCAA D1 wrestling produced many upsets, particularly in the top 10! All the usual caveats apply, that which looks like an upset this week may not look like one by the end of the season, or even by next week!

The #2 Missouri Tigers will travel to Ithaca, New York, to take on the 11th-ranked Cornell Big Red on Sunday afternoon. The dual will be streamed on ESPN+. The last time these two teams met was December 30th, 2019. Missouri had an 18-3 lead going into 174, but Cornell won the last four matches with bonus points from Ben Darmstadt and Brendan Furman to win 19-18. With several toss-up matches and multiple top-10 matchups, this dual has the potential to be just as exciting.

Virginia Tech and Missouri are set to wrestle the first big dual of 2024 on Tuesday, January 2 at 6:30 pm (ET). Check out the below article for a full preview of the dual along with predictions for every match.

While it may have felt like 10,000 days since last NCAA wrestling season, it’s actually only been about seven months. It’s Conference Tournament Weekend time! The nation’s best NCAA Division 1 wrestlers will take the mat on March 4-5 at their respective conference championships with the quest of qualifying for the NCAA tournament. As wrestling fans know, some weights are deeper than others with All-Americans and contenders meeting in the early rounds. Because of that, we highlighted the best early-round matches across every conference tournament in the below article.

The Big 12 Wrestling Championships take place in Tulsa, Oklahoma March 4-5. Not only will team and individual conference champions be crowned, but 64 wrestlers will also automatically qualify for the NCAA Championships which will be held in Tulsa two weeks later.

It's the last big week of the NCAA season, and it should be a great one! We'll start off with the most anticipated match of the year between NCAA champions David Carr and Keegan O'Toole during an incredible Iowa State vs Missouri dual, we'll see Cornell vs Ohio State on Saturday, and we'll wrap up with a legacy dual between Oklahoma State and Iowa on Sunday.
