2022-23 Pennsylvania High School AA Rankings

139 pounds

Returning state medalist Anthony Evanitsky dropped down from 145 pounds for the postseason and defeated #4 Mason Barvitskie and #3 Reagan Milheim to win the Northeast Region title and take over the #1 ranking at 139 pounds. Brady Collins won the Northwest Region title with wins over #8 Dane Wenner and #5 Wyatt Lazzar to move up to the #2 ranking. Chase Hontz defeated #9 Bryson Vaughn for the Southeast Region title and moved up to #6. Wenner, Vaughn, and Liam Cornetto all had strong postseason performances heading into the state tournament to enter the rankings at #8, #9, and #10 respectively.
