86 kg - Magomed Ramazanov

Magomed Ramazanov moves into the #1 spot after becoming one of the most surprising Olympic champions in recent memory. Ramazanov recorded victories over both Aaron Brooks and Hassan Yazdani to take home gold.

Remarkably, there were no other upsets in the 86 kg bracket at the Olympics and no other changes in this set of rankings.
