65 kg - Ismail Musukaev

Ismail Musukaev, Kotaro Kiyooka, and Haji Aliyev all traded losses at the Budapest Ranking Series Tournament. Musukaev beat Aliyev, Aliyev beat Kiyooka, and Kiyooka beat Musukaev. Despite the loss to Kiyooka, Musukaev stays at the #1 spot based on his wins over Mamedov and Amouzad. Beyond that, Amouzad and Mamedov both have losses in the past 6-9 months - Mamedov lost to Abdulmazhid Kudiev (who didn't qualify for the Olympics) and Amouzad lost to #5 Tumur-Ochir.

Kiyooka does climb up to #6 based on his win over Musukaev but fails to climb higher because of his loss to Aliyev.
