174: Zahid Tightens His Grip On No. 1
Zahid Valencia makes things easier on your humble rankers by beating No. 3 Bo Jordan and No. 4 Myles Amine, solidifying his position at the top of the 174-pound rankings.
The weight class is less clear further down the rankings, as No. 8 Drew Hughes lost to unranked Quinton Rosser of Northern Illinois and No. 11 Ethan Ramos was taken out by previously unranked Dylan Lydy of Purdue. Both Hughes and Ramos dropped as a result.
Oklahoma State’s Jacobe Smith beat Army’s No. 18 Ben Harvey but also lost to Ramos and Lehigh’s No. 6 Jordan Kutler, so he stays right where he is at No. 15.
Harvard’s Josef Johnson lost to Columbia's Tyrel White and drops out of the top 20, making room for the aforementioned Lydy.
