B1G 141: McKenna Back On Track

Although Joey McKenna lost earlier in the season to Tommy Thorn by major decision, he has done enough to warrant the #1 ranking. McKenna has six wins over other ranked Big Ten wrestlers and recently took out highly nationally ranked Kevin Jack in a dual meet. On the other hand, Thorn has had an up-and-down season with a record of 5-4 against other ranked wrestlers in the conference, including a loss to #2 Nick Lee by score of 13-3. McKenna owns a 7-6 decision over Lee this season.
