Ryan Sokol takes over the top spot in the 149lb. Prospect rankings.

It was obviously a tough call with him and Josh Saunders who has been a staple at the top of all rankings formats for his entire career. And Saunders has been much more consistent. 

But it's Sokol's diverse offense and motor that pulls him ahead, in my opinion. While Saunders clearly has the highest floor (he's a shoe-in to be a four-year factor in college), Sokol possess the higher ceiling and the best chance, in my opinion, to be transcendent.

The next four 149 prospects are all Pennsylvanians. Hillegas and his excellent top work come in #3.
