Zurabi Iakobishvili moved up a spot after winning the Yasar Dogu. He had four wins on his way to gold there and most notably defeated unranked Erfan Elami (IRI) and former #17 Islam Orozbekov (KGZ). Elami doesn’t move into the rankings yet, but came back to take bronze by defeating the aforementioned Orozbekov. 

At the Ali Aliev #10 Rezuan Kazharov took home gold by defeating #11 Azamat Nurikau (BLR) 6-5 in the finals. Leading up to the finals, Nurikau defeated #12 Viktor Rassadin (RUS) by criteria, 8-8. Rassadin would come back to take bronze and had a win over #20 Abdula Akhmedov. Also taking bronze at the Aliev was #18 Amir Maghsoudi (IRI). Maghsoudi moves into the rankings at 70kg after his performance at the Aliev and for his past success at 65kg.
