Ramazan Ramazanov made a big jump in the rankings at 70kg after winning the Kolov and defeating Amir Yazdani. Erfan Elahi, who was formerly ranked #20, drops out of the rankings after bumping up to 74kg and going 0-1 at the Kolov. In his place comes Kolov silver medal winner Servet Coskun.
