Over the last two weekends, we got #1 vs. #2 battles between Gavin Bradley and Branden Wentzel. Wentzel took the first match two weeks ago, 5-3, but Bradley avenged that loss this past weekend in the Northeast Regional final in an 11-8 battle to maintain his #1 ranking heading into this weekend where we could end up getting a rubber match between these two in the state final at 113 pounds. Mason McLendon entered the rankings at #9 after picking up a win over Raif Barber and splitting matches with #8 Aiden Grogg. Jack Kazalas fell out of the rankings after dropping a match to Lucas Fye, who moved into the rankings at #10 following that win.
