After nearly a full two-year layoff from high school competition, Ryan Crookham enters the PIAA state championships as the favorite to win his third state title. Cameron Milheim catapulted his way up to #3 at 138 pounds after picking up two wins in three matches over the last three weeks against Cade Wirnsberger. Connor Saylor fell to #5 after taking two bonus-point losses to #2 Connor Pierce over the last few weeks. Easton Toth entered the rankings at #10 after having a strong finish to his season winning the Southwest Regional title. Nolen Ziegler falls out of the rankings after falling to Carmine Lenzi and failing to qualify for the state tournament.
