Jesse Vasquez defeated Willie McDougald and moves up to #16 while McDougald comes down to #17. McDougald has past wins over Jordan Williams, Alek Martin, and Ty Watters that keep him from dropping further. It's also worth noting that Cross Wasillewski comes up to #15 because of his win last week over Jesse Vasquez.
