Luke Surber pulled off an upset win over Trey Munoz and rises from #20 to #12 in the rankings at 197. Surber suffered losses last year to Zach Glazier, Spencer Mooberry, and Mac Stout that keep him from rising higher. Munoz drops to #7 because of the loss but has a robust enough resume that keeps him from falling further. However, if Munoz suffers another loss from someone outside the top 10, he'll drop significantly.
