David Taylor moved up and took over 2023 World medalist Zahid Valencia for the top spot at 92 kg. Michael Macchiavello avenged one of his Olympic Trials losses when he defeated Eric Schultz. Marcus Coleman had a nice tournament with wins over Jay Aiello, Cam Caffey, and Connor Mirasola, but lost to Macchiavello and Taylor.
