Allan Hart beat Todd Small for his second-ranked win in the last month, the other being Reece Witcraft. That demonstrated the incredible parity of the lower half of the rankings as (deep breath) Madrigal has beaten Small, Skudlarcyzk, Spann and Rooney but lost to Schwartz and Witcraft; Hart as beaten Small, Witcraft and Skudlarcyzk but lost to Spann, and Rooney; Skudlarczyk has beaten Schwartz and Witcraft but lost to Small and Madrigal; Witcraft has beaten Small and Madrigal but lost to Hart, Skudlarczyk and Schwartz; Schwartz has beaten Witcraft and Madrigal but lost to Skudlarczyk; Rooney has beaten Skudlarczyk, Hart and Spann but lost to Small and Madrigal; and Spann ahs beaten Hart but lost to Madrigal and Rooney.  

And that's just between wrestlers ranked #15 through #22, without factoring in the wins and losses to higher and lower ranked wrestlers. So we used recent results to break ties, although your mileage may vary. 

Elsewhere, Jamie Hernandez beat Louie Hayes, making a hash out of the ACC quartet of Trombley (beat Gerardi and Hayes, lost to Hernandez), Gerardi (beat Hernandez, lost to Trombley and Hayes), Hernandez (beat Hayes and Trombley, lost to Gerardi), and Hayes (beat Gerardi, lost to Trombley and Hernandez). Trombley and Gerardi have a better overall resume than Hernandez or Hayes, which left Hayes as the odd man out as Hernandez has the most recent head-to-head win. But who knows what's going to happen at ACCs. I wouldn't pay too much attention to these rankings when picking winners, in any event.
