165 - Keegan O'Toole

In their third match of the season, Keegan O'Toole finally flipped the script on David Carr to win the 165-pound national title and take the top spot in our rankings. O'Toole won that match 8-2, and also recorded notable wins over Cam Amine and Carson Kharchla at the NCAA Tournament. The rest of the top 8 follow the top 8 finishers at the NCAA Tournament.

Caleb Fish and Holden Heller make big jumps after pulling off upsets at NCAAs. Fish defeated both Heller and Julian Ramirez while Heller took out Alex Facundo.
