Uguev went back-to-back world gold and Atli went back-to-back world silver to cement themselves as the top two 57 guys on Earth. Ravi Kumar had a breakout tournament that Indian wrestling fans tried to warn everyone was coming. 

Amiraslanov fell to Erdenebat and Takahashi bested yet another American lightweight in Daton Fix. Erstwhile American representing Serbia, Stevan Micic, beat Davidovi and qualified for Tokyo, but lost to Sanayev and stays in place at #11, while Sanayev climbs to #10.

Harutyunyan, who beat 2019 61kg world champ Beka Lomtadze at the 2019 Euro Championship, dropped down to 57. He lost to Ravi Kumar and settles in at #14.
