2022-23 Ohio Division III High School Rankings
150 pounds
Horvath of Edison proves his #2 ranking by beating #3 Margraf during the district weekend. Stephen will stay #1 after winning his district with three pins and a major decision. Luke Dolan is officially at 150 and proved he should be in the top 10 after winning his district. Borders was a top 10 guy who dropped to the bubble after losing to new #10 Pierce, who then lost to #9 Bischoff for third place in the Rossford district.
Perry was an exciting weight class with fun results and storylines. Former top-five wrestler Josh Brown would enter the district with a 22-0 record but left placing 4th. Greenwood would go from unranked to #4 in the state. Greenwood also lost to Brown the week prior at district, but Greenwood came to wrestle at districts to walk away a champion. Brown did not face Greenwood but lost to Lyon in the semi-finals and Seesholtz in the third-place matchup. All of the placers from Perry made their way into the rankings before the state tournament.
