The raining #1 Eli Criblez will remain at the top after winning the Troy district. #2 and #3 would face off twice in two weeks at sectionals and districts. Box would get the match at sectionals, but Gaines would take the #2 spot back after winning the district final in Rossford over Box. Christine will be the #4 wrestler after winning a strong Perry bracket over #5 Stewart. #6 McKean had a fun tournament beating #7 McCracken twice, which was an upset at the time. McKean beating McCracken set up McCracken vs. former ranked wrestler Carreras. McCracken would knock Carreras out of the top four and rankings. McKean actually lost to Carreras at sectionals but outperformed him at districts. Finally, the Harrison Central district saw some ranked action. Halenar won the district over Thomas, so they will be ranked #8 and #9. Thomas beat Bier in the semi-finals and will take the last spot in the top 10.
