1A:    Marey Roby - Lena, Senior 36-6

2A:    Benjamin Shvartsman - Deerfield, Senior 46-0

3A: Colin Kelly - Chicago Mount Carmel, Sophomore 37-4

The 3A finals featured a rematch between Moore and Kelly, who have shared the top ranking for pretty much the entire year at this weight. This time the win went to Kelly in an overtime thriller. 2A fell in line with the rankings as Shvartsman defeated Carlson in the finals and Montez found bronze.  Every year there is a wrestler that hits their stride at just the right time and this year that appears to be 1A champion Marey Roby, who defeated both Mushinsky and Lashuay on his path to gold.

Other storylines from 160 include the Montez brothers joining the Robinsons and Currans by bringing home multiple medals and all-state honors.
