2022-23 Ohio Division I High School Rankings
113 pounds
Besides some fantastic wrestling, like always at 113 Division 1, a few shakeups occurred over the section and district weekends. All the top wrestlers won those matches, giving themselves a nice setup at the state tournament. #1 McKinney beat #5 Brown in the Perrysburg district finals in a nail-biter 5-4 OT victory. #8 Weisner also punched his ticket, placing third in that weight.
Jaxson Rosselli also looked unstoppable for his second straight weekend in a row beating new #10 Havens of Teays Valley in the finals. #3 Rohr and #4 Green battled it out in the Hoover district finals, with Rohr taking home the crown, keeping his #3 ranking. #6 Lambers of Elder was also untested, pinning three of his four opponents in the Kettering Fairmont district.
