2022-23 Ohio Division I High School Rankings

Perrysburg had some hammers at 120 for the division 1 field. #10 ranked Kennedy from North Olmsted went 2-2 and missed his ticket. He was 40-0 heading into the tournament but would lose to #6 Sarabia in the quarterfinals and former #2 Butler on the backside. Butler dropped to #7 and ended in fourth place, so a district champ will have a tough first-round matchup. New #4 Medina would fall to Perrysburg's #1 Marcus Blaze in the finals by 21-8 major decision.
After winning the Hoover district, Freshman Liston Seibert also put his stamp into the rankings. He knocked off former top 10 Jack DeBoe of Mentor and Jack Dinwiddie of Wadsworth in the district final. Finally, new #2 Allen took out #5 Thamann in a 10-3 decision win in the Kettering Fairmont district finals.
